Mount Snow Presents New Après Option: Canned

Mount Snow is pleased to announce the opening of the newest addition to its legendary après ski scene, Canned. Canned, which opens on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2018 will feature a wide selection of craft beers and ciders from all over Vermont.

Unlike other bars and restaurants at Mount Snow, Canned will serve only beer and ciders produced in Vermont that are distributed in cans, hence the name. In addition, it will offer a variety of food options that complement the canned fare, including: salty Bavarian pretzel sticks with beer cheese, and sweet pretzels with cinnamon and maple dipping sauce, as well as daily specials.

"While people come here for the skiing first and foremost, craft beers and ciders have become a huge draw from our guests, and especially those brewed right here in Vermont," said Michael Giorgio, director of food and beverage at Mount Snow. "Canned will offer the opportunity to try everything from old favorites to harder-to-find and limited-run craft brews and ciders, so it will appeal to both the diehard beer nerds as well as those just starting to explore the world of craft brews."

Canned will operate daily from 11 a.m. until close, and will offer a constantly evolving selection of canned beverages, from old favorites to hard-to-find limited release beverages. Selections will vary based upon availability throughout the season, with staff welcoming suggestions for new and noteworthy brews to feature.
