Spring Madness at Mont-Sainte-Anne - Spring skiing and festivities for 4 weekends!

Spring skiing is officially on at Mont-Sainte-Anne with the start of the now well know Spring Madness. Every weekend from March 30th to April 22nd, the resort will celebrate the coming of spring with its annual festival, putting a joyful end to a great season. Mont-Sainte-Anne will be the last resort to stay open in the Quebec region and one of the last in all Eastern America to offer great snow conditions to ski and snowboard lovers for yet another year.

Music, sun and après-ski!

Spring Madness offers the most festive ski of the season. In addition to great snow conditions, a full program of special activities awaits skiers and snowboarders for the 4 weekends of festivities. For those with a sweet tooth, the sugar shack installed directly in the Pichard trail is a must, as well as the ice cream counter at the mountain summit, back for another spring after popular demand. The sunny outdoor terraces are perfect for filling up on vitamin D, whether it is at the Summit Lodge, the North side one or the base of the mountain.

In addition to all of this, the resort will be animated with an inflatable playground, outdoor BBQs and live outdoor shows for the après-ski. On Saturdays and Sundays, the music of bands like Mc12, Hit the Road Coverband and Funky Lamas will make everyone dance, even after a full day on the slopes!

Easter at the mountain

The much loved Easter Bunnies will be back on Sunday April 1st, and will be giving sweet treats to the little ones (and the bigger ones too!). Also, Olympic athlete Laurence St-Germain (alpine skiing) will be at the mountain base to meet her fans and sign autographs. At the Cross Country Ski Center, the first edition of the Mont-Sainte-Anne Loppet, a friendly competition, will get skiers moving with Olympic athlete Alex Harvey taking part in the 48K challenge.

And at Stoneham, the Feu-Follet restaurant will be taking care of the Easter Brunch, while little skiers go Easter eggs hunting in the Casimir glade!
